Roylithia Campus is a study app for Nigerian university students. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the app and this website.

Information you give us

• Account details — your phone number (used for sign-in codes), display name, gender, and your campus details: university, department, programme and level.
• Content you create — posts, comments, story replies, direct messages, and files you upload for note or quiz generation.
• Messages to support — anything you send us when asking for help or reporting a problem.

How you use the app

We record study activity that makes the product work: enrolled courses, quiz attempts and scores, XP, rank, streaks, timetable and reading progress. Rankings are social by design — your display name, XP and rank can be seen by other students on leaderboards.

Device and diagnostics

We collect a push notification token so we can reach you, plus basic device and app information to keep the app reliable and to detect abuse.

How we use your information

• Run the service — accounts, enrollment, notes, quizzes, duels and rankings.
• Generate study content when you upload material or chat with Royal Scholar.
• Keep the community safe — enforcing our rules on harassment and abuse.
• Handle billing and subscriptions through Google Play.
• Send service messages and, where you allow it, study reminders.

AI processing

Files you upload and messages you send to Royal Scholar are processed by AI providers to generate notes, quizzes and tutoring responses. Royal Scholar threads that sit idle are deleted after 10 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the app — hosting, file storage, push notifications, payments and AI generation — and where the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep your information while your account is active. You can update your profile details and block other students in the app. To have your account and associated data deleted, contact us through the support page on this site.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to it is limited to what running the service requires.

Age

Roylithia Campus is built for university students and is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

When this policy changes, we will update this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
